If you get a message that we are unable to process your credit card, please check to make sure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Prices and Tax Policy
The prices displayed on nambe.com are quoted in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any time. Sales tax will be automatically applied to orders or portions of orders with a New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, New York, or California shipping address.
When We Charge You
We will charge your credit card account for the cost of each item, plus applicable taxes, gift wrap, and shipping when order is placed.
Invoice Discrepancies
All discrepancies in regard to an invoice must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Report discrepancies to Nambé Customer Service by e-mail at
customerservice@nambe.com. We will respond within one business day. You may also contact us by telephone at 1-800-443-0339 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday (excluding holiday).
