Paying for Your Purchase

We are currently not able to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers through nambe.com.

If you get a message that we are unable to process your credit card, please check to make sure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Prices and Tax Policy

The prices displayed on nambe.com are quoted in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any time. Sales tax will be automatically applied to orders or portions of orders with a New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, New York, or California shipping address.

When We Charge You

We will charge your credit card account for the cost of each item, plus applicable taxes, gift wrap, and shipping when order is placed.

International Checkout
In order to better serve our international customers, we have partnered with iGlobal Stores to manage our international checkout process. To take advantage of this service, simply add the items you'd like to purchase to our cart, then click on the "Not in the U.S.?" link to be taken to the iGlobal Stores checkout. All products will be transferred and you'll be able to view your order in your own currency. Invoice Discrepancies

All discrepancies in regard to an invoice must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Report discrepancies to Nambé Customer Service by e-mail at customerservice@nambe.com. We will respond within one business day. You may also contact us by telephone at 1-800-443-0339 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday (excluding holiday).
