We want you to be completely happy with your Nambé purchase. If your selection does not meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, excluding delivery charges, when you make your request within 30 days of the ship date.
If you would like to return an item you received as a gift, we will be happy to offer an exchange for an item of equal value, subject to availability.
Guidelines for Requesting an Exchange or Refund
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date. The item you want to return or exchange must be returned in the condition in which it arrived and in its original packaging.
If your item arrived damaged, please contact Customer Service to make arrangements for your refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns on or exchange items marked as "Nearly Perfect". All sales of these items are final.
For all other requests for a refund or exchange, follow the steps listed below. These instructions are also included on the packing slip included with your order. After the item has been received and inspected by Nambé, the refund or exchange is typically processed within 14 days.
Refunds for items purchased at nambe.com will be issued in the original form of payment for the amount paid for the item. If the original form of payment is unavailable for credit, a check for the refund amount will be issued to the purchaser.
We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
Steps for Returning an Item Through the Mail
1. Detach the top customer portion of the packing slip for your records.
2. On the bottom portion of the packing slip, circle the item number and description of the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging, fill in the quantity returned, and note the reason for the return.
3. Circle your desired action: exchange, refund, or other (please specify). Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. For exchanges, let us know what you would like by filling in the "Exchange for" section on the packing slip. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
4. Circle the address of where your exchange should be sent. To have your exchange item sent to an address other than the original shipping address, enter the address under "Ship exchange to a different address" on the packing slip.
5. Pack and seal your return item securely, in the original package if possible, and include the packing slip form. We have provided a return label as part of the return form. Packages must be returned prepaid--we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Returning Personalized Items
Personalized Nambé Alloy items are not subject to our Hassle-Free Returns Policy. If you would like to return a personalized Nambé Alloy item, please contact
Customer Service to make arrangements. Your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and a 20% repolishing fee.
We do not accept returns of personalized Nambé Crystal items.
