Items that are in stock in our warehouse in New Mexico are typically
processed for shipment within two business days from the time you place your
order (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Back-ordered items are in the process of being completed by our skilled
craftsmen and will ship when available, which can range from several weeks to
several months, depending on the type of product.

this time, we cannot accept online orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses, but
we will happily take your order by phone through our

Service department. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders for shipments
outside of the United States.
All nambe.com orders are shipped via UPS,
which offers standard delivery service Monday through Friday. If you would like
to schedule a Saturday delivery, please contact our
