When you create a gift registry at nambe.com, you have the flexibility to add from the largest selection of Nambe available anywhere. Choose from our timeless alloy, porcelain, flatware, full-lead crystal, and more, including all the latest designs. Plus, you will have access to your registry anytime day or night to add new items, make updates, or see what's been purchased in your honor.
We also give you the opportunity to create multiple gift registries for a variety of occasions, so that you can keep lists for many key events throughout your life. You even have the flexibility to create private registries if you want to create lists you don't want others to see.

There are occasions when your friends and family want to give you a gift. Creating a registry of items you find especially useful or that you simply covet makes it easier for them to give you a gift they know you'll appreciate and remember. Having a registry also helps ensure that you'll receive only the number of each item you've requested, reducing the chances that you'll have duplicates to return.

Creating a Registry
Creating a registry is easy. To get started, simply:
1. Click the "Gift Registry" link at the top of any page at nambe.com
2. From the Gift Registry home page, click the "Create a Registry" button
3. Enter the name of your registry in the box and click "Create Registry"
4. Add registry details by clicking on the "Registry Profile" tab
Make sure you click the "Update Registry Profile" button to submit any changes. If you do not click this button, your changes will not be recorded.
Once you have created your registry, you can start to add items. All items for sale on nambe.com can be added to your registry. Simply go to a product detail page and click "Add to Gift Registry". Once added, you can update the quantity if you want to register for more than one of any item.
Once you create your registry and add an item, your registry will be live and searchable immediately, provided you have chosen to make it public.

Announcing a Registry
Once you have created your new gift registry, you will have the option to send an announcement to your friends and family to let them know. To do so, choose to view your registry from the Gift Registries home page, then go to the Announce Your Registry tab. You can submit up to five e-mail addresses at a time. If you have a long list of e-mail addresses, you may want to send a copy of the e-mail to yourself and then forward it to the full list at once.
Your friends and family will also be able to find your registry by simply going to nambe.com and clicking the Gift Registry on the top of every page. They can search by registry name, your name, a co-registrant's name, and event type.
We do not store the names and e-mail addresses you enter to announce your registry and will not contact them in any context other than this announcement.

Updating and Deleting a Registry
You can add additional items to your registry, remove items, or edit the information associated with our registry at any time. Before you can add items to or edit details of your gift registry, you must be logged in. You can log in using the "Log In" link at the top of every nambe.com page.
If you would like to remove your registry from nambe.com, simply go to the Gift Registry home page and click "View My Registry." You will see a list of all registries you have created. Identify the registry you want to remove and click the "Remove" button to the right. You will be promoted to confirm your request. Once you click "Yes," you're registry will immediately be deleted and will not longer be searchable.

Searching for a Registry
To find a registry at nambe.com, go to the Gift Registry home page and click "Find a Registry." You will have the opportunity to search by a variety of criteria, including registry name, the name of the gift recipient, the event type, and more.
The more information you enter, the more specific your results will be. If you are having trouble finding a registry, try limiting the details you are providing. Less information will provide you with more results.

Buying an Item from a Registry
The registry list will show each item requested plus the quantity requested, the quantity already purchased, and the price of each. Simply choose the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Add to Shopping Bag."
For more information about the product before you buy, click on the product title to go to the product detail page. You can also add the item to your Shopping Bag from there.
You will have the option to have the items in your order gift wrapped when you check out. The cost for gift wrap is $5 per item. You will also have the option to include a free gift message when you check out.
To track your purchase, go to Customer Service and click either the "Order Status" or "Track a Shipment" link on the left-hand side. Only the purchaser has access to this information.

Returning Items Purchased from Your Registry
We want you to be happy with your Nambe gift. If the item you receive doesn't meet your satisfaction, we will gladly offer you an exchange for an item of equal value within 30 days of the date of purchase. For details, see our
