Frequently Asked Questions - Klarna

What is Klarna?
Klarna is one of the smoothest and safest ways to get what you want today, and pay over time.
Who can use Klarna?
To be eligible to use Klarna, you must: • Be a resident of the United States or its territories • Be at least 18 • Have a valid card/bank account • Have a positive credit history • Be able to receive verification codes via text
What is Pay in 4 and how does it work?
Pay in 4 allows you to split your purchase (valid on purchases $150+) into four interest-free payments, paid every two weeks. Once your items are in your cart, just choose Klarna at checkout. The first payment will be taken from your credit card, debit card, or bank account when your order is shipped. The remaining three payments will be automatically charged every two weeks afterwards.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Klarna currently accepts most debit and credit cards (i.e. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express), as well as checking accounts for ACH payments. Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted on the Klarna app.
Where can I Pay in 4 with Klarna
Klarna is currently available nationwide, except for New Mexico, Hawaii, and US Territories (excluding Puerto Rico).
What if there’s an issue with my order?
Please contact the store to let them know you received the wrong order and follow their instructions. Then, let Klarna know which items you have an issue with: • In the Klarna app, go to “Orders” and select the order you want to cancel. • Tap “Report a problem” or “More” and then “Report a problem”. • Select the option that suits you best and follow the instructions to pause your payments. By doing this, your payment plan will be paused until you’ve resolved the issue with the store. You can check the status of your reported problem on the details page of your purchase in the Klarna app.
What happens if I need to make a return?
Follow the store’s return instructions. Then, let Klarna know which items you have returned by reporting a return: • In the Klarna app, go to “Orders” • Select the purchase, or the items, you wish to return • Tap “Report return”
Has Klarna received my payment?

Klarna will send an email confirmation for all completed payments. You can also call or live chat with Klarna’s customer service agents 24/7 to confirm payment.

Can I pay before the due date?
Yes. If you want to pay the next payment or full balance of your payment plan early, simply log into the Klarna app, go to the “Purchases” tab, and select “Payment Options.”
What happens if I don’t pay for my order?
Klarna will email you if your payment is unsuccessful and try one or more times to collect it. If they can’t collect it, it will be added to your next payment along with a late fee of up to $7.00. The aggregate sum of your late fees will never exceed 25% of your order value at the time of purchase. Your credit score will not be impacted when you use Klarna payment products.

Frequently Asked Questions - AfterPay

What is AfterPay?

Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them over time. To learn more, visit afterpay.com

How do I use AfterPay?
Simply shop online, add items to your shopping bag, and check out as normal. At checkout choose Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, and returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay. AfterPay is offered on orders over $150 and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
Are there extra fees when I use Afterpay?
Afterpay’s pay-in-4 option is always interest-free. There are no fees associated with the account as long as installments are paid on time, according to the payment schedule (provided at the time of order confirmation). A late fee may be charged when an installment for an order is not paid within 10 days after the payment due date (unless otherwise noted on your payment schedule). Afterpay will only ever charge up to one late fee per installment and the total amount of late fees charged on an order will never exceed 25% of your initial order value (unless indicated otherwise on your payment confirmation email or during the checkout process). Although this 10-day grace period is provided before Afterpay charges a late fee, the Afterpay system reviews customer repayment history for future purchases, so Afterpay encourages payment of your installment as soon as possible. Afterpay’s longer-term monthly payments option may include interest. If your installment loan includes interest, you will be able to see the amount you will owe before completing the purchase. Interest is capped and there are no late fees, loan origination fees, or other fees.
How does the payment schedule work?
For pay-in-4 payments, generally customers are required to make their down payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. For monthly payments, customers may be required to make a down payment at the time of purchase. The remaining payments will be deducted every month from your payment method until all scheduled payments are complete. For all Afterpay payments, you can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
What products are not eligible for purchase using Afterpay?
Afterpay is not available for purchases of gift cards or e-gift cards and may be unavailable on additional products. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay?

Afterpay purchases follow our standard return policy. Please check that your return or exchange meets our return policy here. To return a purchase made with the Afterpay Card, simply open the Afterpay app and navigate to the “How It Works” section within the In-Store tab. Look under, “How do I return an order?” and follow the instructions to make an Afterpay Card return. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase directly to Afterpay. If you believe there is fault or concern with your Afterpay purchase payment, please contact Afterpay customer support here.

How Do I Make My Payments?

If I Return an Item, How Do Refunds Work?
A refund is posted to your Affirm account if we process your refund request.
