Shipping Information
Shipping Information
For destinations in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, Nambé offers standard ground shipping Monday through Friday. Your package will usually arrive within 7-10 business days. Please note that orders placed on Friday or weekends will not be received until Monday.
Items that are available in our warehouses are boxed and ready to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. If an item is on backorder, we will ship as soon as it is available. Estimated shipping times apply to in stock merchandiseonly. Please contact customer service to verify availability. Portmeirion Group Designs LLC retains the right to require signature for receipt of select orders.
Nambé and Aromaworks items may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately.
Shipping Rates
Portmeirion Group Designs, LLC ships packages to all US states and APO/FPO Box addresses.
Shipping Rates - to contiguous 48 states: Flat rate shipping at $15 per order*; Free Shipping is available for orders over $175.
Shipping Rates - to Alaska and Hawaii: Flat rate shipping at $35 per order*. We do not offer free shipping for these destinations.
*Local tax may apply
We are currently unable to ship outside of the US. We can ship to APO/FPO addresses using the US Postal Service. There is no shipping time guarantees for delivery to APO/FPO addresses with these services.
