Shipping Information
Shipping Information
For destinations in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, Nambé offers standard ground shipping via FedEx Ground. Your package will usually arrive within 7-10 business days. Please note that orders placed on Friday or weekends will not be received until Monday.
Items that are available in our warehouses are boxed and ready to ship within 48 hours of our receiving your order. If an item is on backorder, we will ship as soon as it is available.
If you placed a personalized order, it may take up to five business days for us to create a proof of your request and submit it back to you for approval. Once we receive your approval we will begin the personalization process. It typically takes 7 business days for us to personalize and ship your order, depending on the amount of personalization requested and the number of items to be personalized.
All nambe.com orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, which offers standard delivery service Monday through Friday.
Shipping Rates
Portmeirion Group Designs, LLC ships packages to all US states and APO/FPO Box addresses.
Shipping Rates - to contiguous 48 states: Flat rate shipping at $15 per order*; Free Shipping is available for orders over $175.
Shipping Rates - to Alaska and Hawaii: Flat rate shipping at $35 per order*. We do not offer free shipping for these destinations.

We are currently unable to ship outside of the US. We can ship to APO/FPO addresses using the US Postal Service. There is no shipping time guarantees for delivery to APO/FPO addresses with these services.
Estimated shipping times apply to in stock merchandise. Please contact customer service to verify availability. Portmeirion Group Designs LLC retains the right to require signature for receipt of select orders. Allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed in our distribution center in Waterbury, CT. Ground UPS shipments take 1-7 business days to reach any location in the continental US from our distribution center.
