Job Description: We are looking for a customer-oriented account manager. The customer account manager will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best customer account managers are genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they do not have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include account management, analyzing, communicating, collaborating, and executing the implementation of customer compliance requirements for all new and existing customers. The role will work cross-departmentally to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintenance of customer files
- Order entry- review of order for promos, pricing, min buy requirements
- Order Confirmations and notification to customers of potential backorders or delays

Skills: The Customer Account Manager must be well organized, and detail oriented with an ability to multitask. They must have strong communication and follow-up skills, the ability to navigate online portals, a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, and analytical capabilities
Experience: 2+ years’ experience in customer service or related field Associates Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Distribution Center Associate - Espanola, New Mexico

We are looking for full-time / part-time associates for regular day shifts for most of the year. During the year-end holidays we may need you to be flexible and work evening shifts. Work is typically scheduled from Monday to Friday, days start at 8:00am and end at 5:00pm. Overtime (starts at 40+ hrs per week), if required, is paid x1.5 of your regular hourly rate. Occasional weekend work may be scheduled during month-end crunch or for special projects.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be part of an energetic team environment with the opportunity to work in a variety of positions in our warehouse:
Order Picker: Responsible for pulling merchandize from stock to fulfill customer orders. Utilize pallet or cart to transport product to fulfillment area. High attention to detail, accuracy, and good basic math skills are a must.
Order Packer: Responsible for visually inspecting and packing merchandize to ensure quality requirements are met before packing in an approved shipping container. Manual dexterity is a must. Basic experience with computers is a plus.
Gift Wrapper: Wrap merchandize neatly in gift wrapping paper according to company guidelines, tie bow around box, apply stickers. Works with tools such as paper cutter, scissors, tape dispenser. Manual dexterity is a must.
Receiver/Unloader: Helps unload shipping containers or trucks, palletizes merchandize, counts cartons, assists with paperwork. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Forklift Operator: Handles narrow-aisle reach truck and/or sit-down forklift to move product safely around the warehouse: down stock, put away, filling bins, loading/unloading trucks. Valid Powered Industrial Truck Operators Permit is a huge plus, but not required. We can train you!
Metal Polisher: Works with lathes to sand, polish, and clean merchandize to achieve a high quality, mirror finish on aluminum alloy. Previous experience in metal polishing is required. Must be mechanically inclined. Machine shop or auto body shop experience is a plus!
Quality Control: Check merchandize for defects, box/unbox product, perform minor assemblies and repairs. Experience with hand tools is preferred.
Janitorial: Sweep warehouse floor, empty trash bins, pick up litter, help break down and dispose of cardboard boxes, stack pallets. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.MOVING AND GROOVING:
In our fast-paced DC, you’ll always be on the move. Please note the following physical requirements in addition to tasks above:
- Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull and carry and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and or walking for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to operate pallet jack and other required Materials Handling Equipment (MHE).QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must pass drug screening.
- Must be able to listen, read, write and communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Candidate must have functional arithmetic (adding, subtracting, division, multiplication) as well as visual/spatial skills.LOCATION / JOB SITE:
Espanola, NM
SALARY (PER HOUR)
$14.00 - $15.00, depending on position and experience.

Job Description: Wax Lyrical is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for its Wax Lyrical and AromaWorks brand who will be responsible for introducing and launching new customer relationships in all channels of distribution including department stores, big box accounts, grocery, and other independents.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain new business relationships across multiple channels of distribution to meet the sales plan for Wax Lyrical brand in the US market
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and report weekly on sales to plan Effectively manage all new product launches to drive initial listings and maximize availability and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with US and UK based inventory planning departments to ensure sales plan is met per month.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity in the market, identify changes and emerging trends in customer and consumer buying patterns.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the home fragrance, spa, and wellness categories
