We want you to be completely happy with your Nambé purchase. If your selection does not meet your satisfaction for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, excluding delivery charges, when you make your request within 30 days of the shipping date.
If you would like to return an item you received as a gift, we will be happy to offer an exchange for an item of equal value, subject to availability.
Refund and Exchange Guidelines
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date. The item you want to return or exchange must be returned unused, in the condition in which it arrived and in its original packaging.
Please contact customer service via phone (1-800-443-0339) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make arrangements for your refund or exchange.
For all other requests for a refund or exchange, follow the steps listed below. These instructions are also included on the packing slip included with your order.
After the item has been received and inspected by Nambé, the refund or exchange is typically processed within 14 days. Refunds for items purchased at nambe.com will be issued in the original form of payment for the amount paid for the item. If the original form of payment is unavailable for credit, a check for the refund amount will be issued to the purchaser. We only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
Note: We do not accept returns on or exchange items marked as "Nearly Perfect." All sales of these items are final.
Steps for Returning an Item
- Contact our customer service department to obtain an RMA # and receive detailed shipping instructions.
- Please include the packing slip. Next to the item you are returning, please indicate on the form the quantity returned.
- Pack and seal your return item securely (in the original package if possible), and include the packing slip form. Packages must be returned prepaid--we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Returning Items Purchased with Affirm
Please follow the steps above to contact Nambé and request a refund. If your item is eligible for a return, Nambé will process the refund, and the full amount will show up on your Affirm loan balance within 3–45 business days. You can see your loan balance in your Affirm account.
While you’re waiting for your refund, please make any monthly payments that are due. If your refund is less than your total loan balance, it might not lower your next monthly payment. Instead, you can expect fewer monthly payments, a smaller final payment, or both. Refund is more than balance. If your refund is more than your loan balance, you’ll get back the difference, minus any interest you’ve paid. We’ll credit your payment method within 3–10 business days. If you don’t have a payment method on file, you’ll get a check in the mail within 14 business days.

Nambé Flatware returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used and must be returned in its original packaging.
Upon Nambé’s receipt and inspection of the items, if it is found that the flatware has been used, no refund will be issued. At the request of the customer, the flatware can be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Returning Personalized Items
Personalized Nambé alloy items are not subject to our returns policy. If you would like to return a personalized Nambé Alloy item, please contact Customer Service to make arrangements. Your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and a 20% repolishing fee.
We do not accept returns of personalized Nambé crystal items.
