Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your satisfaction, we will be happy to exchange or refund new, unused merchandise, excluding delivery charges, when you make the request within 30 days of the shipping date.
Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, open-box, “nearly perfect”, seconds and clearance items.
If you would like to return an item you received as a gift, we will be happy to offer an exchange for an item of equal value, subject to availability.
Refund and Exchange Guidelines
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date.
Items for return or exchange must be returned unused, in the condition in which it arrived and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued, excluding delivery charges, in the original form of payment.
For returns due to defects or due to an error made by Nambé, we will replace the item where possible or refund the purchase price in full, including taxes and delivery charges, in the original form of payment.
If the original form of payment is unavailable for credit, a check for the refund amount will be issued to the purchaser
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on non-faulty items returned that are not in fully resalable condition. If you refuse to accept delivery of a shipment, please note the cost of the return freight will be deducted as a restocking fee from the refund amount.
For defective merchandise or to remedy an error caused on our end please reach out to our customer service department.
Flatware Returns
Flatware returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used and must be returned in its original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of the items, if it is found that the flatware has been used, no refund will be issued. At the request of the customer, the flatware can be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Jewelry Returns
Jewelry returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used and must be returned in its original packaging. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings.
Personalized Item Returns
We do not accept returns of personalized Nambé items.
How To Start A Return
Begin the return process by completing the return form on the order packing list and following the instructions for return. Please ship your item in the original packaging, along with the form, to us at:

- We recommend using UPS or FedEx as you are better able to track your shipment.
- If you need assistance in returning an item, as a courtesy, we will provide a UPS call tag so that FedEx will come to you to pick-up the package. Please note, however, the cost of the FedEx call tag will be deducted from any credit applied.
Please allow approximately 14 business days for us to process your return. Refunds will be processed in the original method of payment. Replacements can only be shipped to the original shipping address.
Please note that items purchased from the Nambé and Portmeirion Group websites can only be returned directly to Portmeirion Group Designs LLC and not to subsidiaries, authorized retailers, or sales representatives.
Returning Items Purchased with Affirm
Please follow the steps above to contact Nambé and request a refund. If your item is eligible for a return, Nambé will process the refund, and the full amount will show up on your Affirm loan balance within 3–45 business days. You can see your loan balance in your Affirm account.
While you’re waiting for your refund, please make any monthly payments that are due. If your refund is less than your total loan balance, it might not lower your next monthly payment. Instead, you can expect fewer monthly payments, a smaller final payment, or both. Refund is more than balance. If your refund is more than your loan balance, you’ll get back the difference, minus any interest you’ve paid. We’ll credit your payment method within 3–10 business days. If you don’t have a payment method on file, you’ll get a check in the mail within 14 business days.

Returning Flatware
Nambé Flatware returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used. Product must be returned in its original packaging.

Returning Personalized Items
Personalized Nambé alloy items are not subject to our returns policy. All personalized items are final sale and are not returnable. If we have made an error with a personalized Nambé item, please contact out Customer Service department.
