Shipping & Handling
Items that are available in our warehouses are boxed and ready to ship within 48 hours of our receiving your order. If an item is on backorder, we will ship as soon as it is available.
If you placed a personalized order, it may take up to five business days for us to create a proof of your request and submit it back to you for approval. Once we receive your approval we will begin the personalization process. It typically takes 7 business days for us to personalize and ship your order, depending on the amount of personalization requested and the number of items to be personalized.
All nambe.com orders are shipped via UPS, which offers standard delivery service Monday through Friday. If you would like to schedule a Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service department prior to placing your order.

- Please Note: Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected so please plan ahead and order early.

For destinations in the United States and Puerto Rico, Nambé offers three shipping options:
- Standard Ground (5-7 Day)
- 2-Day - Orders must be placed by 2:00pm MST
- 1-Day - Orders must be placed by 2:00pm MST
Please Note: Weekend orders and those placed after 2:00pm MST on Friday will not ship until Monday.
