SHIPPING INFORMATION

For destinations in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories, Nambé offers standard ground shipping via UPS Ground. Your package will usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that orders placed on Friday or weekends will not be received until Monday.

Items that are available in our warehouses are boxed and ready to ship within 48 hours of our receiving your order. If an item is on backorder, we will ship as soon as it is available.

If you placed a personalized order, it may take up to five business days for us to create a proof of your request and submit it back to you for approval. Once we receive your approval we will begin the personalization process. It typically takes 7 business days for us to personalize and ship your order, depending on the amount of personalization requested and the number of items to be personalized.

All nambe.com orders are shipped via UPS Ground, which offers standard delivery service Monday through Friday.

Portmeirion Group Designs, LLC ships packages to all US states, territories, APO/FPO and P.O Box addresses.

Shipping Rates - to contiguous 48 states: Flat rate shipping at $15 per order. Free shipping is available on orders over $175.
